30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging.

Email nowtrend.ops@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of estimated delivery, we will refund or reship.

Cancel within 24 hours of order placement for a full refund.
